Challenge 

As a close partner, we are supporting the family-owned companies Blaser Café and Blaser Trading in the development and implementation of a cultural transformation process under the umbrella of the holding structure. Strategic directions were defined, initiated, and designed across all companies. The focus is on modernizing, maintaining, and further developing a modern corporate culture, as well as positioning the group as an attractive employer. Employees were actively involved from the outset, surveyed qualitatively, and integrated into interdisciplinary project groups.   

Methods used  

  • GAP analysis to compare the current situation/initial situation with the defined target vision  

  • Cultural analysis and employee surveys (qualitative)  

  • Coaching interventions for individual and leadership-oriented support of the change and development process   

  • Interdisciplinary project groups  

  • Experience-oriented workshops, training courses 

Process  

  1. Needs and context analysis through qualitative interviews with individual members of the management team  

  2. Development and implementation of management workshops with a focus on collaboration  

  3. Conducting an employee audit with a qualitative approach   

  4. Development and prioritization of a cross-company strategy   

  5. Preparation of effective communication about the upcoming changes and involvement of employees in the process   

  6. Strategic initiatives are supported and implemented in project groups (ongoing) 

 Results 

  • In-depth analysis and reporting through qualitative audit of employees and management 

  • Identification of weaknesses and areas for action, and development of implementable measures 

  • Strengthening of cross-generational collaboration and unification of different values and expectations  

  • Measurement of employer attractiveness from the perspective of employees 

  • Development of a modern career page with an authentic employer promise and attractive benefits 

  • Planning, monitoring, and implementation of project groups
