Design and Implementation of Leadership Development

Challenge
To continue meeting the needs of our clients in the future and to be able to offer modern leadership and management modules, it was necessary to develop up-to-date leadership modules. Following a trend analysis, four modules were designed: Leadership, Change Management & Coaching, Leadership Communication, and Self-Leadership. Afterwards, employees were trained and further developed.

Based on the newly developed workshops, a train-the-trainer format was introduced to transfer methods and real application cases within the institution

Four detailed concepts on leadership and management topics as well as interactive workshops for transferring the included methods and key attitudes
Establishment of a train-the-trainer program to internalize and sustainably develop the workshops
