Challenges
In a dynamic and complex healthcare system, a strong corporate culture plays a decisive role. Based on an analysis of the current situation through surveys, a targeted cultural development plan was drawn up with the active involvement of employees. The focus was on creating a common basis (a “we” culture), strengthening the identity of all employees, and sustainably anchoring existing values.
