Leadership training on generational management

Challenge
Demographic change, the shortage of skilled workers, and competition for qualified young talent make effective generational management strategically relevant. As part of a leadership training program with all managers (45 people) at Emmi Logistics Switzerland, a co-creation workshop was designed and conducted. The focus was on generation-sensitive leadership and on promoting cross-generational collaboration and knowledge transfer.

Result
During a workshop, managers were made aware of the challenges and opportunities of cross-generational collaboration and leadership. In-depth expert input and best practices on generational management provided valuable insights. Through action-oriented exercises and discussions, participants developed individual strategies for generation-appropriate leadership and stronger collaboration between generations.
