Challenges
Die Mobiliar is undergoing a transformation process that focuses on leadership principles developed in collaboration with managers, such as “development before stability” and “decide before waiting.” The combination of traditional and modern leadership styles and cross-generational collaboration are key challenges in this process. The goal was to further develop managers and employees in line with the new leadership principles and equip them with the appropriate tools.

Result
Mobiliar's managers and employees gained a deeper understanding of the new leadership principles, creating a basis for continuous personal and team-related development. Networking and the exchange between modern and traditional approaches was a measure taken by Mobiliar to further deepen its future-oriented leadership principles.
