Optimization of employer brand & career page
Challenge
As part of the relaunch of the Ryser Ingenieure AG website, the career page was constructively analyzed with a focus on working conditions, benefits, and the employer brand. Strengths, weaknesses, and potential for improvement were identified in order to sharpen the company's positioning as an attractive employer.
The most important findings and recommendations from the analysis were summarized and justified in a report. The results were then discussed with the managing director and used as a basis for further development.
