Vocational Training Check & Strategic Roadmap

Challenge
As Switzerland’s leading all-branch insurer, Die Mobiliar trains around 330 apprentices each year and is committed to the targeted development of its young talent. To achieve its goals in the internal positioning of vocational training, Die Mobiliar works closely with Kitoko People as a partner.
A comprehensive vocational training check, based on qualitative surveys, provided a fact-based foundation for identifying strengths, weaknesses, and fields of action.
The results were visualized in a meaningful report, interpreted in workshops, and served as the basis for strategic measures to further develop and position vocational training.
